S.O.S.

She thought men were her saviors
And looked for more in them
Then they had.

She needed to rescue herself
From those she prayed
Would rescue her.

This entry from your blog is sooooo right. Did you know this is me? Amazing! Thanks, I am trying to think of words, but they aren't there, so enough for now.

Did you know you have a gift?

This was exactly my problem before I met my husband!

Love this. You are so talented.

MM -

My problem, too. I've heard from a lot of women who really relate to this. Several have thought I wrote it about them - when in fact I wrote it about myself.

Thanks for liking it!

Connie! Is your heart breaking? You are telling my story.
Where are you finding this artwork?

Pauline - My heart is happy as a little lark! I have to admit that some of what I've recently been posting is writing from a while ago. A forgotten notebook recently surfaced and I re-met some old writings and feelings. Thought I'd post some here - a kind of out-of-sync background for some of the stories to follow. But now - after working through many difficult times - my heart and life are filled with giggles!

I'm fascinated to realize how many women are touched by some of these words. We all seem to identify with this one. Seems there's a lesson here. Maybe some day we'll all learn to depend on ourselves.

Hope you're giggling too.

Hugs!
